Job summary

Harmons Grocery seeks a Front End Associate to ensure the smooth operation of the front end and deliver exceptional customer service. You will train and mentor front end associates, assist with checking and bagging, handle refunds and exchanges, and ensure the front end has proper coverage at all times.

Responsibilities include following policies, maintaining cleanliness, stocking check stands, promoting the Foodie Club Card, and ensuring accurate tills at shift end.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred or equivalent experience.
• Strong math, cash handling and basic math skills.
• Excellent communication and organization abilities.
• Ability to train and mentor colleagues and deliver responsive customer service.

Responsibilities

• Follow store policies and maintain front end cleanliness and operations.
• Stock supplies and assign checkout stands.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist with bagging, refunds, and exchanges.
• Promote Harmons Foodie Club Card to customers and ensure pricing accuracy.
