Albertsons Companies is seeking a Front-End Manager to lead our front-end team and ensure fast, friendly, and accurate checkout experiences. You will supervise and develop cashiers, courtesy clerks, and front-end staff while coordinating daily operations to support store sales.

You will be responsible for cash handling, payroll reporting, and maintaining service quality, safety, and appearance of the front-end area. Competitive pay and benefits are offered.

Qualificações

• Strong leadership to supervise and develop front-end staff.
• Excellent communication with customers and team members.
• Proven problem-solving skills in daily checkout operations.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 55 lbs.
• Experience operating POS systems and related equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Front-End team to deliver fast, friendly checkout experiences.
• Supervise cash handling, balancing, and reporting duties.
• Train and develop front-end staff and monitor service levels.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and appearance of the Front-End area.
• Provide overflow cashier support and assist with queue management.
