Qualifications

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 55 lbs.
• Knowledge of cash handling, basic math, and front-end operations.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot POS systems and related equipment.

Responsibilities

• Champions Company and Division customer service programs to meet or exceed goals and resolves complaints.
• Provides fast, friendly service and supervises cashiers when necessary, engaging in upselling.
• Directs and supervises front-end activities, monitors service levels, and ensures clean, safe front-end area.
• Manages cash flow, safe transactions, and register procedures; handles refunds and checks.
• Assists with interviewing and hiring front-end staff and trains new team members.
