Job summary

Albertsons Companies is seeking a Front End Supervisor to ensure fast, friendly and accurate checkout service. You will supervise Front End Clerks, Courtesy Clerks, and Service Supervisors, oversee daily cash reconciliation, payroll reports and support store sales.

You will champion customer service programs, manage cash handling procedures, and train front end staff while enforcing dress standards and safety.

Responsibilities

• Champions customer service programs to meet goals and resolves complaints.
• Provides fast, friendly service and acts as overflow cashier when needed.

• Monitors traffic, service levels and front end cleanliness and safety.
• Handles cash flow, till procedures, refunds and price checks.
• Assists with interviewing and hiring of front end staff.
