Job summary

Amrize North America is hiring a Loader Operator to support plant and feeder operations in Colorado. The role requires operating 980M/982M loaders, performing routine maintenance, and keeping the site clean and safe.

You will follow shift procedures, communicate with supervisors, and help ensure efficient material handling. High school diploma or GED and a safety mindset are essential; Spanish/English bilinguals are a plus.

Qualifications

• 12 months of loader operator experience with 980M/982M loaders.
• Basic mechanical maintenance knowledge.
• Proven safety record.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• High school or GED required.
• Bilingual Spanish/English a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate 980M/982M loaders with front-mounted bucket.
• Perform routine maintenance and housekeeping of the feeder and plant area.
• Maintain an effective communications system with supervisors and customers.
• Conduct pre-shift and daily inspections of plant and equipment.
• Follow health, safety and environmental policies at all times.
