Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Loader Operator to join our North American operations in Colorado. You will operate rubber-tired front-end loaders, move bulk materials, and support plant feeder duties with a safety-first approach.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of loader experience with 980M/982M machines, basic maintenance skills, and a solid safety record. Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus, and high school diploma is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months of loader operator experience with 980M/982M loaders.
• Experience around heavy equipment, construction, or paving preferred.
• Basic mechanical maintenance knowledge.
• Proven safety record.

Responsibilities

• Operate loader to move bulk material and dump at work site.
• Perform pre-shift inspections of batch plant and belts.
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of plant area.
• Conduct weekly and monthly equipment checks and grease bearings.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and customers.
• Adhere to safety policies and PPE protocols.
