Qualifications

• 12 months of loader operator experience with 980M/982M loaders.
• Prior work around heavy equipment, construction, or paving.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• High school or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Start and operate the loader, move materials to and from storage areas.
• Perform preventive maintenance and housekeeping of the feeder/plant area as needed.
• Conduct pre-shift inspections and report issues to supervision.
• Maintain clear communications with supervisors and customers.
