• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and firearms training may be required

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching and listening to associates, providing feedback and guiding store operations
• Manages customer service initiatives and drives a high quality customer experience under the OBW service model
• Oversees budgeting, forecasting and expense control to align with sales and profit goals; ensures merchandising and inventory flow
