• Drive store performance by budgeting forecasting and controlling expenses; manage merchandising and operations.
• Ensure customer service standards and resolve issues using the One Best Way OBW service model.
• Provide supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates; hire train mentor and recognize performance.
• Coordinate plans with key stakeholders to meet customer and business needs; promote accountability and continuous learning.
• Support Open Door Policy and foster a culture of belonging and Integrity across the store.
