Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and training may be required.
• Complete all job-required trainings and assessments (Academy trainings, Open Door, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams by teaching, training, listening to associates, and giving feedback.
• Drive store profitability by managing PL, budgeting, forecasting and controlling expenses.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and implement continuous process improvements.
