Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by training, mentoring, and providing feedback to associates.
• Drives store performance by managing operations, budgeting, forecasting and expense control.
• Ensures customer service excellence through the OBW service model and resolves issues with feedback and action plans.
• Coordinates plans with stakeholders to meet customer and business needs and drives continuous improvement.
• Promotes a culture of belonging, integrity, and teamwork across the store and departments.
