Job summary

Qualifications

• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and state-specific requirements may apply.
• Associates will be required to attend and complete trainings (Open Door, Academy).

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by training, mentoring and providing clear expectations.
• Manages store operations, budgeting and expenses to achieve sales and profitability.
• Delivers exceptional customer service and resolves issues following the One Best Way.
• Hires, trains, mentors associates and ensures staffing meets business needs.
