Albertsons Companies in Kapolei, Hawaii is seeking a Front-End Manager to lead front-end operations, ensure fast, friendly checkout, and support store performance goals. You will supervise associates, manage scheduling, training, and daily tasks to deliver excellent customer service.

In this role you will monitor cash handling, service levels, and compliance with safety standards, while partnering with store leadership to drive results and maintain a positive front-end environment across shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience leading front-end teams and delivering excellent customer service.
• Ability to coach and develop associates and supervisors.
• Strong scheduling, planning, and workflow management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate all front-end operations, ensuring fast, friendly, and accurate checkout service
• Support customer service programs and respond to customer concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Provide checkout support as needed, including register functions and customer assistance
• Guide and oversee front-end activities including scheduling, service levels, and daily operations
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and a positive front-end environment
• Manage cash handling processes including tills, safe counts, reconciliation, refunds, and transactions
• Monitor inventory and ordering of front-end supplies and materials
• Hire, train, coach, and develop front-end associates and supervisors
• Support labor planning, budgeting, and expense control for the department
• Maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures
• Complete daily reports, payroll processes, and required documentation
