Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a retail setting (off-price, big box or specialty).
• Ability to work full-time including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to move/lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all store functions and associates as Manager on Duty.
• Maximize sales through training, coaching, and development of direct reports.
• Promote safety and follow company guidelines for customers and associates.
• Lead front-end operations, resolve issues, and ensure high-quality customer service.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new associates.
• Participate in weekly workload planning and community relations.
