Burlington Stores in Pottstown is seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Supervisor or Full-Time Selling Floor Supervisor to join the store leadership team. You will supervise front-end operations, coach associates, and help manage Merchandising, Customer Service, Operations, and HR functions.

This role requires a proven leader who can drive results, promote a diverse, teamwork-driven culture, and ensure exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a retail/off-price environment.
• Strong interpersonal and customer-facing skills.
• Ability to work full-time including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all store front-end operations as Manager on Duty.
• Train, coach, and develop direct reports to maximize sales.
• Ensure safety and adhere to company policies at all times.
• Foster a diverse, team-based culture and resolve customer issues promptly.
• Participate in recruiting, scheduling, and workload planning.
