Job summary

Burlington Stores in Philadelphia is seeking a full-time Customer Service Supervisor or Selling Floor Supervisor to join our store leadership team. You’ll work with Store Management in merchandising, customer service, operations, and HR, supervising front-end functions and coaching a team.

The role emphasizes teamwork, service excellence, and adaptability. Requirements include 1+ year supervisory retail experience, ability to work nights/weekends/holidays, and lifting up to 40 lbs.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience within an off-price, big box, or a specialty environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and engaging attitude.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays as required.
• Ability to move/handle/lift store merchandise weighing 40 lbs. or more, and to stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all store functions and associates while in the role of Manager on Duty.
• Maximize sales results through training, developing, and coaching of direct reports.
• Promote safety by adhering to company guidelines.
