Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Supervisor and Selling Floor Supervisor to join our store leadership team in Exton, PA.

You will oversee front-end operations, coach associates, and work closely with management to drive sales and service excellence. The role requires at least 1 year of supervisory experience in a retail setting, strong interpersonal skills, and a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of supervisory experience in a retail setting.
• Strong interpersonal skills and engaging attitude.
• Ability to work full-time including nights, weekends and holidays, as required.
• Ability to move/handle/lift merchandise weighing 40 lbs. or more; stand and walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all store functions and associates as Manager on Duty.
• Train, develop, and coach direct reports to maximize sales results.
• Promote safety by following company guidelines.
• Foster a diverse culture based on teamwork and collaboration.
• Resolve issues and supervise front-end operations to ensure exceptional customer service.
• Support Asset Protection initiatives to reduce shortages.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new associates.
• Participate in workload planning meetings and community relations programs.
• Coordinate meal and break periods and monitor scheduling.
