Job summary

Five Below in Columbus, GA is looking for a Support Lead to guide front-end operations, coach team members, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout. You’ll work with the Store Manager on Duty to wow customers and drive sales.

The role emphasizes leadership, training, cash handling, and maintaining cleanliness and safety while meeting store KPIs. Prior retail management experience and strong communication are preferred; candidates should lead by example and foster a fun, high-energy environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• College experience preferred for advancement.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all associates and managers wow the customer through personal contact.
• Responsible for achieving CSAT score goals set by the District Manager.
• Leads Front End Operations and trains staff on customer service.
• Maintains store cleanliness, recovery and readiness for customers.
• Assists in opening/closing procedures and supervising associates.
