Job summary

Cavender’s is seeking a Head Cashier to lead the front-end, deliver Best of the WEST customer service, and support daily store operations in Westminster, CO. The role includes training cashiers, handling POS transactions, and maintaining a clean, well-stocked sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Best of the WEST customer service while leading daily front-end operations.
• Process customer purchases, returns, exchanges, and other POS transactions.
• Train, coach, and support cashiers on POS procedures and policies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked sales floor.
• Assist leadership by monitoring front-end operations and resolving inquiries.
• Ensure merchandise is displayed, signed, stocked, and located per standards.
• Report safety concerns and maintain a neat, professional appearance.
• Assist with merchandising updates, price changes, and other tasks.
