Qualifications

• Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Accurately operate a Point of Sale system and handle cash transactions.
• Train and coach associates on POS procedures and customer service expectations.
• Lift and move merchandise as needed and maintain safety.
• Read and understand English; adapt to flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Best of the WEST customer service by greeting customers and helping during their shopping experience.
• Process purchases, returns, exchanges, and other POS transactions accurately.
• Train and support cashiers, answer questions, and reinforce company standards.
• Maintain clean, organized, and stocked front-end area and assist with merchandising.
• Monitor front-end operations and resolve customer concerns in collaboration with store leadership.
