Job summary

Five Below is seeking a Support Lead to work under Store Manager leadership and guide front-end teams in delivering a WOW customer experience. You will supervise cash handling, training, and daily operations to drive sales while maintaining store standards.

Responsibilities include coaching associates, achieving CSAT targets, and ensuring efficient opening/closing procedures. The role emphasizes strong communication, multitasking, and adherence to SOPs in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all associates and managers are Wowing the Customer through personal contact with customers
• Aim to achieve CSAT score goals set by the District Manager
• Lead Front End Operations and train staff on customer service standards
• Maintain fast, friendly checkout and store cleanliness at all times
• Open and close store procedures and support payroll within budget
• Supervise and assist in training, coaching and development of associates
• Drive store sales, monitor Key Metrics, and manage expenses
• Adhere to Five Below SOPs and cash handling procedures
• Assist in receiving, stocking, merchandising and store maintenance
