Job summary

Rural King is seeking a Front End Lead to supervise and develop the front-end team, ensuring a smooth checkout experience for customers in Cullman, AL. You’ll manage cashier operations, support a fast-paced store, and uphold company programs and policies.

You will train staff, safeguard accurate cash handling, and collaborate with store teams to deliver outstanding service while maintaining shrink control and compliance with company standards.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of retail cashier or supervisory experience.
• Strong math and cash handling accuracy.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work a 40-hour week with varied hours, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to front end associates and oversee checkout processes.
• Train and develop front end staff to ensure excellent service.
• Oversee cashier transactions and customer service desk duties, including layaway and returns.
• Empower cashiers with scripts and knowledge of loyalty programs and RK protections.
• Coordinate BOPIS and store fulfillment to ensure timely customer pickups.
