Job summary

Mother’s Market is seeking a Store Supervisor to lead the store during shifts, especially at the front end, delivering outstanding customer service and smooth daily operations. You’ll serve as MOD when managers are off, staffing, standards, and customer satisfaction in your purview.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and MOM-on-duty training; experience as Lead Cashier or Supervisor and strong leadership abilities are favored. Training provided and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Completion of Mother’s Market’s Manager-On-Duty training.

Responsibilities

• Lead Your Team and shift operations to ensure safety, service, and efficiency.
• Perform Lead Cashier duties when needed.
• Act as MOD in leaders’ absence, managing staff and priorities.
• Walk the store to ensure fully stocked, clean, and high-service departments.
• Drive daily standards through checklists and merchandising.
• Host shift huddles to set priorities and boost morale.
• Manage staff breaks, schedules, and coverage.
• Support campaigns and promotional initiatives.
• Close the store and handle end-of-day responsibilities.
• Resolve issues with calm, professional judgment.
• Lead by example in service and team behavior.
• Oversee maintenance and housekeeping of the store grounds.
• Document daily needs and report equipment issues.
• Coach future leaders and mentor Lead Cashiers.
• Fill gaps as needed to maintain standards.
