Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is hiring a Front End Lead to supervise frontline staff in the absence of the Front End Manager. You will coach, train and motivate teammates to deliver outstanding member service and drive membership initiatives.

You’ll manage daily front-end operations, uphold store standards, and ensure accurate cash handling and smooth POS transactions, contributing to a positive shopping experience for members.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in retail or front-line roles.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience with POS systems is a plus.
• Ability to coach and develop team members.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the front line in the absence of the Front End Manager.
• Coaches and develops frontline team members to ensure excellent member service.
• Drives membership metrics and member experience initiatives.
• Ensures accurate cash handling and POS operations and shifts coverage as needed.
