Job summary

Eataly Silicon Valley in Santa Clara, CA is seeking a Front End Lead to supervise the Front End team and ensure smooth Ecommerce operations.

You will oversee online order fulfillment via Instacart and Mercato, assist guests, manage payments, and mentor cashiers to enhance guest experience. This is a full-time onsite role with benefits and opportunities to contribute to a premier artisanal marketplace.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year of experience supervising a retail team.
• Ability to handle money accurately and perform calculations.
• Strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising the Front End team to ensure optimal performance and guest experience.
• Oversees fulfillment of online orders via platforms like Instacart and Mercato.
• Answer inquiries about online orders and provide product information.
• Process and lock customer orders and communicate fulfillment timelines.
• Handpick items and process payments at the checkout.
• Maintain cash bank and monitor cash flow and discrepancies.
• Document inventory and price changes and coordinate with managers.
• Mentor Front End Cashiers to support their development.
• Perform other duties as required.
