Job summary

Eataly in Dallas is seeking a Front End Lead, Ecommerce to bridge staff and management and ensure efficient front end and online order operations. The role reports to the Front End Manager and supervises the Front End team to deliver fast, accurate online order fulfillment on platforms like Instacart and Mercato.

Responsibilities include answering order inquiries, confirming orders, handpicking items, processing payments, and maintaining cash controls; the position requires onsite availability.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of supervisory experience in a retail setting.
• Ability to handle money accurately.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Front End team to ensure performance and guest experience.
• Oversee online order fulfillment via Instacart and Mercato.
• Answer enquiries about online orders and provide product information.
• Confirm and lock customer orders and communicate fulfillment timelines.
• Handpick items, scan with handheld devices and process checkout.
• Maintain cash bank and perform end-of-shift cash reconciliation.
• Monitor inventory for Front End supplies and restock as needed.
• Train and mentor Front End cashiers and escalate incidents.
