Job summary

Eataly is seeking a Front End Lead in Chicago to supervise the cashier team, ensure a smooth front-end operation, and support management. The role involves handling cash, approving transactions, and coordinating online orders to enhance guest experience.

Qualified candidates have supervisory retail experience and strong math/office skills; retail environment knowledge and weekend availability are pluses. Onsite work with competitive hourly compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience as a supervisor in a retail setting.
• Ability to handle money accurately.
• Intermediate computer skills including e-mail and Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor's Degree highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handles monetary transactions and performs advanced cashiering duties.
• Supervises Front-End team to ensure optimal performance and guest experience.
• Approves voids, employee discounts, returns and exchanges.
• Processes daily cash and credit transactions and deposits.
• Coordinates online order fulfillment and delivery coordination.
