Eataly North America is seeking a Front End Lead, Ecommerce, to supervise the Front End team and ensure smooth online order fulfillment and guest service. You will coordinate order processing on platforms like Instacart and Mercato, train cashiers, manage inventory, and uphold accurate cash handling in a fast-paced retail environment onsite in Santa Clara.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising a retail front-end or cashier team.
• Strong money handling and basic math skills.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational abilities in a dynamic environment.
• Intermediate computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Front End team to ensure optimal performance and guest experience.
• Oversee fulfillment of online orders via platforms like Instacart and Mercato.
• Answer inquiries about online orders and provide product information.
• Document sales, price changes and discrepancies; escalate issues.
• Mentor cashiers and train staff; delegate tasks as needed.
• Maintain cash bank accuracy and safe counts; operate cash handling equipment.
• Restock and manage front-end merchandise and displays.
• Work onsite with flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
