Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of prior work experience including at least 6 months in Grocery/Retail.
• Available to work a variety of required retail hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with a remarkable shopping experience by training and holding staff accountable for customer service.
• Manage front-end performance and productivity, including tills and compliance.
• Direct Clerks and Helpers to achieve performance goals.
• Ensure front-end and parking lot conditions meet standards.
• Perform store balancing to support accurate bookkeeping.
• Handle refunds/returns and other front-end management tasks.
