Qualifications

• Willing to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Promote an excellent customer experience.
• Oversee a team of associates at front of store and promote loyalty programs.
• Lead by example by engaging with customers and keeping store clean and organized.
• Coach Associates on personalizing the customer experience and loyalty promotions.
• Assign registers, manage POS coverage, and coordinate breaks for all associates.
• Communicate priorities clearly to management and staff and provide progress updates.
