Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. is seeking a front-end associate to deliver SMART customer service, assist customers in locating and loading merchandise, and process transactions at the register.

You will help customers understand product features and warranty information while maintaining store standards. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of retail cashier experience, and the ability to handle cash accurately.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable
• 1 Year Retail experience as a cashier
• Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as may be required by law

Responsibilities

• Provides SMART customer service at all times through Lowe's customer service policies, procedures and programs
• Seeks out customers to understand needs and assists in locating, demonstrating, and loading merchandise
• Listens to and responds to customer and employee questions by guiding them through projects in-store
• Communicates information regarding stock, special order merchandise, and warranty information related to Lowe’s programs
• Coaches, develops, and trains associates in departmental duties and sales opportunities
