Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service and assist customers with locating products.
• Operate cash register, process sales, returns, and refunds per policy.
• Assist in loading merchandise and directing customers to areas of the store.
• Answer customer questions and demonstrate products when needed.
• Support line vesting and maintain register area at shift start/end.
• Monitor merchandise, price match when required, and follow security procedures.
