The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of cashier experience with leadership training and a friendly, reliable demeanor, able to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED and 1–2 years of cashiering experience with leadership training.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong customer service and communication skills; ability to lead a team.
• Ability to operate front-end equipment: register, calculator, scanner.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of cashiers and assist with store operations.
• Provide direction and support to cashiers and courtesy clerks at registers.
• Monitor cash register supply levels and maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
