Specs Family Partners is seeking a friendly Front-End Associate to welcome guests, operate the cash register, and ensure accurate pricing at checkout. You will greet customers, scan items, process payments, and apply eligible discounts while providing excellent service.

The role requires cash handling experience, basic math, and strong communication. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, with bilingual skills as a plus; the position involves standing for long periods and lifting up to 25

Qualifications

Cashier experience preferred
High school diploma or GED required

Able to read, write and understand simple instructions

Responsibilities

Greet guests with a smile and assist at checkout
Operate cash register, scan items and process payments
Apply 5% discount where applicable and offer add-on items
Redeem coupons and ensure correct pricing at the register
Maintain a clean and organized checkout area and stock as needed
Handle bagging, packing and basic store duties while maintaining professionalism
Count cash drawer and prepare daily deposits when required
Respond to guest questions and resolve complaints with courtesy
