Job summary

Spec's Family Partners is seeking a Front-End Associate to deliver exceptional guest service and manage checkout transactions. You will greet guests, scan items, process payments, and maintain a tidy register area to ensure a positive shopping experience.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, cashiering experience, strong math and communication skills, and the ability to work a 35-hour full-time schedule or up to 25 hours part-time, including Fridays and Saturdays. Training provided.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide friendly, efficient service at the checkout.
• Operate cash register, process payments, and issue receipts accurately.
• Scan items, apply discounts, and manage pricing and upcharges.
• Keep checkout area clean, organized and stocked with supplies.
• Assist customers with questions and locate products as needed.
• Follow store policies and safety regulations at all times.
