Job summary

Spec's Family Partners is seeking a Front-End Associate to deliver exceptional guest service at the register and maintain a welcoming store environment. You will handle transactions, follow scripts, assist with bagging, and ensure accurate pricing and shelf presentation.

The role requires a high school diploma, cashiering experience preferred, strong math skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally while working a fast-paced shift.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or cashiering preferred.
• Strong arithmetic and ability to handle cash accurately.
• Excellent communication and customer-service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly demeanor and operate the register.
• Handle cash, checks, debit/credit cards, and gift cards; issue receipts.
• Scan items, weigh produce when needed, apply coupons, and complete transactions.
• Provide add-on suggestions and promote promotions or charity of the month.
• Maintain clean and organized checkout area and assist with bagging.
• Assist with carry-outs and maintain proper till balance at shift end.
• Adhere to safety regulations and company policies; meet attendance expectations.
