Job summary

Spec's Family Partners is hiring a Front-End Associate to deliver outstanding guest service at the register and throughout the store. You will greet customers, operate the POS system, scan products, and help with add-ons and promotions.

Responsibilities include handling cash, processing payments, balancing the till, and assisting with basic inventory tasks while maintaining a clean, inviting checkout area.

Qualifications

• Prefer cashiering experience; willing to train.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read, comprehend, and write simple instructions.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate cash register, lookup products, and scan UPC codes.
• Greet guests and offer add-ons and charity options.
• Ensure accurate pricing and handle transactions.
• Redeem coupons and manage receipts and change.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and stock as needed.
• Count drawer and balance till; assist with carry-outs.
• Check IDs as required; comply with safety regulations.
