The role requires basic math, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment. Availability for full-time hours, including Fridays and Saturdays, is expected.

Qualifications

• Prior cashier or retail experience preferred.
• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Must be over 21 to work at Spec's (state law).

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide courteous service at checkout.
• Operate cash register and process payments accurately.
• Ensure correct pricing by scanning barcodes and using UPC lookups.
• Maintain clean and organized checkout area throughout shift.
• Assist with stocking and organizing merchandise as needed.
