Specs Family Partners seeks a Front-End Associate to provide excellent guest service at the checkout, handle cash transactions, and maintain a clean, organized register area. You will greet guests, scan items, process payments, and help with bagging and carry-out as needed.

The role requires basic math, good communication, and a friendly, professional demeanor. Prior retail or cashier experience is preferred; bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist at checkout with a smile and helpful demeanor.
• Operate cash register and scanner, ensure correct pricing and UPC lookups.
• Handle payments (cash, checks, debit/credit cards, gift cards) and issue receipts.
• Bag or box merchandise and assist with carry-out as needed.
• Maintain clean and organized checkout area and keep supplies stocked.
• Follow safety practices and company policies; read and follow the Guest Services script.
• Resolve guest questions and concerns with courtesy and respect.
• Suggest add-on items and promotions; participate in charity or discount programs.
• Maintain accuracy in daily transactions and balance the till at shift end.
