Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership experience in retail, grocery, hospitality, or customer service.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high performing teams.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the front end team, including cashiers and guest service associates.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience through genuine hospitality and proactive service.
• Ensure fast, accurate, and friendly checkout experiences.
• Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally, turning challenges into positives.
• Coach, train, and motivate team members to achieve service excellence.
