Job summary

Bass Pro Shops in Myrtle Beach is seeking a part-time Greeter to deliver an exceptional, friendly customer experience. You will greet guests, handle merchandise with care, and guide customers to services and promotions as they enter the store.

Promote CLUB Membership, In-Store Pickup, and other programs while maintaining a professional appearance in Bass Pro attire. Team-focused and safety-conscious, you will support a welcoming environment for every guest.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Adaptability to new processes and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Greets all customers in a friendly, outgoing manner.
• Actively promotes programs including CLUB Membership (US only), VOC and In-Store Pickup.
• Models brand standards by presenting a professional image and adhering to dress code.
• Checks in all customers’ merchandise for return and all vendor representatives.
• Provides customers with event/promotion information and distributes promotional materials.
• Keeps entryway and surrounding area clean, tidy, and safe for customers and Outfitters.
• Assists with firearms check-in by notifying the appropriate Outfitter per SOP; greeters do not handle firearms.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.
