Eataly Boston is seeking an experienced retail operations leader to oversee daily front-end and grocery retail activities, driving exceptional guest service and efficiency. You will supervise Front End Leads and the Grocery Manager, coaching staff, managing scheduling, payroll, and performance, while collaborating on merchandising and pricing strategies to boost profitability.

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 3+ years of retail management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily Front End and retail operations, ensuring exceptional guest service and efficient store performance.
• Lead, train, coach, and support team members while assisting with hiring, scheduling, payroll, performance evaluations, and development.
• Oversee cash office functions, including processing daily cash and credit transactions and maintaining sales records.
• Approve voids, returns, exchanges and employee discounts per policy.
• Monitor and order Front End supplies to maintain continuity.
• Assist in merchandising and inventory management, including pricing and promotions.
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify opportunities for improved sales and guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with store leadership to achieve operational and customer service goals.
