• Assists Customer Experience Manager in overseeing all aspects of front-end operations.
• Enforces cash handling control and security measures; follows anti-money laundering compliance rules.
• Assists associates with cash handling tasks and conducts audits on cashiers.
• Trains associates to provide fast, friendly, accurate checkout experiences and participates in performance reviews.
• Manages scheduling to meet weekly demands while aiming for budgeted labor and sales goals.
• Oversees safety and sanitation of the parking lot, checkout area, and surrounding areas.
• Operates checkout equipment and communicates promotions to cashiers.
