Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Directs the flow of customers through the Front End, keeping wait times to a minimum and monitoring breaks.
• Greets customers, answers questions, and resolves concerns in a polite, professional manner.
• Enforces cash control procedures, assists with cashier operations, and conducts routine audits.
• Monitors cashier and lot attendant performance, provides feedback, and enforces front-end policies.
• Operates front-end scanning equipment and registers, and completes checkout procedures including bagging.
