Job summary

Eataly Houston is seeking a Front End Lead to launch our new store. You will supervise the Front End Cashiers, mentor staff, and ensure smooth guest experiences while coordinating cash handling and daily settlements.

This full-time on-site role requires 1+ year supervisory retail experience, strong math, and basic MS Office skills. Availability on weekends and ability to lift up to 50 pounds are expected.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience as a supervisor in a retail setting, with cashier team leadership preferred.
• Ability to handle money accurately and perform basic math.
• Intermediate computer skills including email and Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Front End Cashiers to promote development.
• Oversee daily cash handling and settlements.
• Support front-end supervision to ensure guest experience.
• Coordinate online order fulfillment and delivery.
• Perform other duties as required.
