Responsibilities

• Promote trust and respect among associates.
• Communicate department information to associates.
• Collaborate with associates and promote teamwork to reach store goals.
• Create an environment where customers feel welcome and valued.
• Monitor and control supply and costs for the department.
• Schedule associates to provide adequate department coverage.
• Assist management with budgets, P&L reviews and actions.
• Develop and implement a department business plan.
