Job summary

The Kroger Co. Colorado City Market is seeking a Front-end Supervisor to drive outstanding customer service and lead a team in a fast-paced retail environment. You will help achieve department sales and profit goals while maintaining safety and quality standards, and support daily front-end operations.

The role emphasizes teamwork, cash handling, and adherence to company policies. Ideal candidates bring retail or customer service experience and strong communication skills, with a focus on cost

Qualifications

• Knowledge of basic math (counting, addition, subtraction).
• Retail or customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Promote trust and respect among associates.
• Create an environment where customers feel welcome and appreciated by answering questions.
• Gain knowledge of products and respond to questions with suggestions.
• Assist with monitoring and control of department expenses.
• Assist with managing cash control, sales and cash records.
• Manage scheduling of Front-end associates for adequate coverage.
• Assist management in budgeting, P&L reviews and action on financial reports.
• Support budgets and labor scheduling in partnership with store management.
• Develop and implement department action plans to achieve results.
• Collaborate with Front-end associates and promote teamwork.
