Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Engages with team members to ensure onboarding, training and development, and coaching.
• Identifies talent and supports staffing and leadership pipelines.
• Discusses performance to uphold Meijer standards and growth opportunities.
• Oversees area operations and financial results, including budget items in the P&L.
• Drives safety and compliance and manages store conditions.
• Direct leads and team leaders in daily work and training needs.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
