Qualifications

• Must have strong communication skills and the ability to stay composed under pressure.
• Experience in retail or customer service environments is required.
• Knowledge of basic math for cash handling and reports is expected.
• Management experience is desirable for leading front-end teams.

Responsibilities

• Promote trust and respect among associates.
• Create an environment that makes customers feel welcome and valued by answering questions about products.
• Gain knowledge of products and respond to questions or suggest products.
• Monitor and control supply expenses for the department.
• Assist with cash control, sales, and records for the store.
• Schedule Front-end associates to ensure adequate department coverage.
• Assist management in preparing budgets, P&L reviews, and action on financial reports.
• Develop and implement department action plans to achieve results.
• Collaborate with Front-end staff to promote teamwork.
• Maintain a positive attitude and stay current with ads and promotions.
• Adhere to safety regulations and ensure proper temperature logs and food safety practices.
