Responsibilities

• Engage with every Customer encountered and deliver world-class service at the Front-End (Cashier Area, Club Desk).
• Greet and assist customers throughout the Front-End, including returns, exchanges, and promotions.
• Process payments (cash, card, gift cards) accurately following SOPs.
• Keep Front-End areas clean, stocked, and presentable to drive sales and customer experience.
• Assist in merchandising to maintain a premier store presence and support promotions.
• Provide product information and direct customers to the right store areas or team members.
• Stay updated on promotions and inform customers of offerings.
• Provide feedback to management on opportunities to improve customer experience.
